Notice to all Luxury Home Tour Inc. Members, Affiliates, and Guests. We are currently meeting at St. Barnabas on the Desert, 6715 North Mockingbird Lane, Paradise Valley, generally on the second and fourth Fridays of each month (view the Tour Calendar for specific dates.)

to Luxury Home Tour, Inc! Established in 1982, Luxury Home Tour began with the purpose of networking among different real estate firms and touring homes of "architectural significance" in Paradise Valley, Phoenix, and Scottsdale.
Our members are encouraged to submit their active MLS listings within the tour boundary for consideration for a future tour. Listing price of occupied homes must be at least $1,250,000 while vacant listings, not on lockbox must be a minimum list price of $1,500,000. Vacant listings which are on lockbox are not eligible for tour.
Beginning at 8:00 AM with the Chairman's Networking Breakfast, official tout cards are available prior to 8:30 AM for Realtor Members of LHT; touts are an important part of our networking efforts during the meeting. Touts (limited to 30 seconds) for property listings and/or buyer needs must be a minimum of $1,000,000, luxury leases at least $4,000/month, and $600,000 or higher for lots and land.
We are a private caravan tour for LHT members only. Tour begins immediately following the meeting and concludes with lunch provided by the tour at the last home on the tour, usually completed by 12:30PM. Members may pick up a printed tour guide at the meeting the morning of the tour for the homes on tour that day.
