  • REALTORS ® and co-listers must be paid members in good standing to submit a home for tour and attend at least 2 consecutive meetings prior to their home being on tour.
  •    
  • Tour requests must be submitted online at www.lhtaz.com under Tour Request.
  •    
  • There will be a $75 fee for each home on tour, which should be paid for prior to the tour date.
  •    
  • Failure to remit $75 tour fee will constitute disallowance of the listing for tour.
  •    
  • Either the REALTOR ® or co-lister with a home scheduled on tour must be present at the meeting on the day of the tour or their home will be removed from the tour.
  •    
  • Homes scheduled on tour should be available from 9:30 am to 11:30 am.
  •    
  • All homes on tour should have bottled water available (20 bottles/1 case is a good rule of thumb.)
  •    
  • Except where prohibited, Open House signs are to be displayed as per the tour directions on the day of the tour.
  •    
  • All persons touring must wear a LHT name badge, provide a business card at each home and present a tour opinion sheet at the last home on tour.
  •    
  • Guests must get permission from the Tour Directors to go on tour.
  •    
  • Photographing of properties on tour is prohibited without prior written permission from the Seller.
  •    
  • You will be contacted by 5:00 PM on the Monday preceding the tour only if your home is selected. NOTE: There are only a limited number of homes that can be selected. Selection of homes to be toured is entirely at the discretion of the Tour Directors.
  •    
  • Please do not call the Tour Directors or the LHT Chairmen.
  •    
  • Please be advised, it can take up to 3-4 months to get a home on this tour.
